Gathering & awareness
Girls from across communities came together for inspiration, awareness, and celebration during the International Day for the Girl Child 2025.

Health & dignity
PAD Day support and menstrual-health education helped promote dignity, confidence, and wellbeing.

Practical skills training
Hands-on training in liquid soap and bleach production connected learning to hygiene, self-reliance, and enterprise thinking.

Voice, confidence & representation
Through girl-child platforms, participation, and the Miss Akabo Beauty Pageant & Contest, the project supports confidence, visibility, and a stronger voice for the girl child.

The project was strengthened through public leadership, G Initiative, WHO, and community support.

This pageant extension turns visibility into advocacy, giving the crowned ambassador a community-facing role in education, health, confidence, cultural pride, and SDG-aligned change for young girls.
